The journey of Elevate Health began with a deep frustration over the lack of meaningful change in the healthcare sector. Inspired by personal experiences and a passion for providing exceptional service, our company set out to fill this gap. Prior to starting Elevate Health, our founder was providing services specifically for people aged 65 and above. He noted two points of feedback that were consistently given by clients:

"Constant assessments happen but nothing ever changes, it's frustrating".
The faces of exhausted clients, frustrated families and worried partners/carers became a centre stone and motivator into the 'purpose' of Elevate Health. Less than a year later, Elevate has set out to provide services for over 13 Home Care package providers to change this, some of which can be seen below.

We take a holistic approach to health. By incorporating key personnel a client wants within their care circle, we can better adapt our approach and provide a service that excels beyond expectation. Furthermore, by looking at the bigger picture and thinking 'outside of the box' we can create change within all areas of life.

In order to provide a service second to none, we understand that care is always a two way street. We believe the way to facilitate hope and change, our service needs to always have two-way communication. By opening the channels to communicate with providers and clients allows for the successful changes in health that everyone is looking for.
